Cooking Time – 8 hours in slow cooker
Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced onion
- Side: dinner rolls
- Side: veggies
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and minced onion.
- Place the pork tenderloin into the base of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Pour the prepared sauce on and around the pork tenderloin.
- Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hours. Once finished cooking, slice or shred the pork with 2 forks and mix into the sauce.
- Prepare veggies.
- Warm the dinner rolls.
